White Nectarine Bellini

Blend. Chill. Pop. Serve. It’s that’s easy to enjoy a white nectarine bellini as home.

All you need are a few white nectarines, a blender, and some prosecco.

Directions:

• Blend white nectarines so they are a smooth consistency.
• Freeze the blend for 30 minutes.
• Pop the prosecco. Pour approximately two ounces of puree in with five ounces of prosecco, stir gently with a spoon to combine.
