Traditionally white peaches have a mild to sugary sweet flavor and lack the slightly tangy undertone of traditional yellow peaches. Our favorite way to enjoy a white peach is to eat it out of hand, but there are plenty of delicious recipes that can be made using white peaches as well.

California peaches are in season in the summer, giving you fresh flavor from California may through September.
Our organic harvest season is slightly shorter than our traditional season. peach varieties vary in appearance, but all have a similar flavor throughout the season ensuring that each one is just peachy.

Tips to enjoy your fruit to the fullest
SNIFF SNIFF!
A perfectly ripe yellow peach will be fragrant with a sweet, fruity smell. White peaches are not fragrant like their yellow counterparts.
COLOR
All peach varieties have slightly different exterior colors. For the best flavor, avoid fruit with green around the stem well.
LIL SQUEEZE
Our fruit is ripe when picked. If you prefer softer peaches, leave your fruit stem side down on the counter until there is a slight give when pressed with your thumb.
Where are our
peaches grown?
All of our peaches are grown on our California farms, with all farms located in the Central Valley.
