Apricots
Apricots are available from HMC Farms mid May through mid June. A truly tree ripened apricot is full orange and depending on the variety may have a red blush. Every variety of apricot is unique so be sure to try all different shapes, sizes and colors of cots.

Pick Your Apricot
Apricots are a fairly delicate piece of fruit. Bruising can show easily, but it is not an idicator that the fruit has gone bad.
